Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager
The Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in ground-up and TI commercial builds and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

We are a well-established General Contractor specializing in commercial construction, including retail, restaurant, QSR, ground-up, and tenant improvement (TI) projects. With a strong presence in the Irvine area, we are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead multiple projects from inception to completion.
Description
The Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and client requirements.
Proactively address and resolve project challenges to minimize risks and delays.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction.
Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Profile
Minimum 8+ years of experience in commercial building and construction project management.
Strong background in retail, restaurant, QSR, ground-up, and TI projects.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
Job Offer
