Manufacturing Engineer - Electronics - Stratham, NH
This Manufacturing Engineer will support machining and manufacturing operations by developing, evaluating, and improving production processes in a low-volume, high-mix environment. It partners closely with engineering and production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing execution.

Description
This Manufacturing Engineer will be:
- Supporting machining processes and shop equipment
- Developing and improving manufacturing processes and tooling
- Creating and maintaining mechanical drawings and work instructions
- Implementing engineering change orders
- Collaborating directly with technicians and assemblers on the floor
- Training personnel on new or updated processes
- Designing fixtures and work cell layouts in a lean environment
- Recommending equipment, tooling, and materials
- Supporting capital equipment justification and implementation
- Reviewing and dispositioning non-conforming material
Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineer will have:
- Experience in a manufacturing or machining environment
- Background in manufacturing or mechanical engineering
- Ability to support low-volume, high-configuration production
- Experience with process improvement and root cause analysis
- Working knowledge of CAD and mechanical drawings
- Hands-on, collaborative approach with shop-floor teams
