Superintendent - Custom Homes

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead high-end, ground-up custom home projects in the $10M+ range. This role requires hands-on leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description

• Oversee daily construction activities on $10M+ custom home projects from groundbreaking to final punch list.

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site labor to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules.

• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and safety compliance.

• Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project vision is executed flawlessly.

• Prepare reports, maintain project documentation, and communicate progress to management and clients regularly.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent managing ground-up custom homes valued at $10M or more.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to resolve on-site issues proactively.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety standards in luxury residential projects.

• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, architects, and subcontractors while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
