An established high-end residential builder in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the construction of luxury custom homes valued at $10M+. This is an opportunity to join a well-respected firm with a reputation for delivering architecturally sophisticated, detail-driven projects across South Florida's most prestigious neighborhoods.

Known for their craftsmanship, transparency, and long-term client relationships, they partner with top-tier architects and designers to bring visionary residential projects to life. Their portfolio includes oceanfront residences, waterfront estates, and exclusive contemporary homes marked by quality and innovation.

Description

  • Manage all aspects of high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and consultants.

  • Lead site meetings, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues to maintain the highest construction standards.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for procurement, permitting, and contract management.

  • Maintain compliance with safety protocols and building regulations.

Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in luxury residential or custom home construction, preferably on projects exceeding $10M in value.

  • Proven background managing complex, architecturally detailed builds from start to finish.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Deep understanding of South Florida's construction market, codes, and permitting processes.

  • Ability to foster strong relationships with discerning clients and design professionals.

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
