Project Manager- Luxury Multifamily

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the development of luxury multifamily projects in South Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex, high-end residential developments from inception to completion. Our client is currently seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their growing team who is looking to grow with the business.

Description

• Oversee the full lifecycle of luxury multifamily projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Manage project teams, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet goals and deadlines.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings, including progress updates and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure project design and specifications are met.
• Ensure compliance with all local codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience managing luxury multifamily construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and contractors.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred
• OSHA certification preferred
• Proficient in project management software
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
