Project Manager - Commercial Construction

The PM will be responsible for project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication, while ensuring safety, quality, and contractual compliance.

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre‑construction planning through final completion
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents
• Monitor jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with company standards
• Lead project meetings and provide clear, consistent communication to all stakeholders
• Track and approve project costs, invoices, and pay applications
• Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, documentation, and warranty requirements

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively with owners, design teams, and field personnel
