Project Manager - Commercial Construction
The PM will be responsible for project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication, while ensuring safety, quality, and contractual compliance.

With services spanning pre‑construction, construction management, general contracting, and design‑build, they partner closely with clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects from pre‑construction planning through final completion
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents
- Monitor jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with company standards
- Lead project meetings and provide clear, consistent communication to all stakeholders
- Track and approve project costs, invoices, and pay applications
- Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, documentation, and warranty requirements
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively with owners, design teams, and field personnel
