This role involves overseeing all aspects of on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The Superintendent will lead project teams, manage subcontractors, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a positive client relationship.

Description

  • Lead on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to foster efficiency and teamwork.
  • Guarantee compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations, swiftly resolving construction challenges.
  • Optimize the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to enhance project performance.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and completion.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, such as progress reports, daily logs, and change orders.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and community stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
  • Enforce strict safety protocols to uphold a secure working environment for all personnel.

Profile

  • Minimum of five years' experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial projects.
  • Proven leadership skills with a history of motivating teams to achieve high-performance results.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Expertise in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
