Description

Quality Manager:

• Travel to both the MA & ME sites (flexible on how much)
• Developing and implementing quality management systems in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
• Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Overseeing product testing and inspection processes to maintain high-quality standards.
• Providing training to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensuring that all products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Managing documentation related to quality assurance activities and compliance.
• Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Profile

Quality Manager:

• B.S. degree is desired
• 10+ years of experience working in manufacturing
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 preferred
• Auditing experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and mentor quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
