- $130K-$160K base (Sr. PMs up to $180K) + annual bonus

Description
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- Leading and managing cleanroom construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule
- Coordinating with clients to understand project requirements and expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress
- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives
- Managing project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to resolve project issues and mitigate risks
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise
Profile
The right Project Manager has the following qualifications:
- Willingness to travel extensively and work at various project sites nationwide
- Commutable to office in Attleboro, MA
- 5+ years as a PM with a GC
- Ideally experience with cleanroom projects valued $20M+
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
- Software: Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Sage/Timberline, Revit
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
Job Offer
The Project Manager will receive:
- Base salary up to $160K for PM and up to $180K for Sr PM
- Annual Bonus
- Housing provided
- Travel Expenses covered
- Overtime compensated time & half
- Bluecross PPO plan (starts 1st day)
- 401k 4% match
- 2-3 weeks PTO (negotiable)
- Paid Housing
- $50 a day per diem
- $150 out of town pay weekly ALLOWANCE
