Job Requirements of Senior Project Manager - Multifamily:
Lead and manage high-value commercial construction projects exceeding $50M, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.Maintain thorough documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and claims, to support project transparency and accountability.
Provide hands-on support to the project team, facilitating daily coordination and smooth workflow across all phases.
Oversee the procurement of construction materials, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project specifications.
Manage the subcontractor bidding process, from outreach and coordination to evaluation and selection.
Conduct rigorous Quality Control and Quality Assurance inspections to uphold the highest standards of workmanship.
Perform detailed estimating and quantity takeoffs, including conceptual budgeting and self-perform scope analysis.
Engage in strategic business development and networking to strengthen client relationships and expand market presence.
Take ownership of project performance, driving results that meet or exceed schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks.
Foster client engagement with a proactive, business-minded approach that builds trust and long-term partnerships.
Spearhead business development initiatives to grow the company's footprint in emerging markets, including Indianapolis.
B.S.
in Construction Engineering or related field.
10-12+ years of experience in construction field.
Previous Commercial, Retail, Light Industrial/Warehouse experience is preferred
Proven success in on-site management and oversight
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
Ability to run multiple jobs at once.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Base Salary between $135,000 - $150,000 depending on level of experience with a General Contractor
