Business Immigration Associate Attorney
We are seeking a Business Immigration Associate with 2+ years of experience to handle a wide range of case types in our client's Atlanta, GA office. This is a hybrid role.

Description
- Provide legal counsel on business immigration matters to large corporate clients.
- Prepare and file employment-based visa applications and petitions.
- Advise clients on immigration compliance and policy issues.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex immigration cases.
- Develop and implement strategies for immigration case management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case processing.
- Communicate with government agencies regarding case statuses and inquiries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.

Profile
A successful Business Immigration Associate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to a US State Bar in good standing.
- 2+ years of high-volume, broad-based business immigration experience in both immigrant and nonimmigrant visas.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be local to Atlanta, GA. or willing to relocate.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $140000 to $175000 USD. Dependent on experience.
- Standard benefits package.
- Hybrid role with 3 days in office requirement.
