Construction Project Manager - Interiors - New England

$125,000 - $150,000/Year

This role wil be focusing on High End Interiors projects throughout New England and headquartered in Newburyport, MA. This is an exciting opportunity where the PM will be focusing on overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Description

  • Manage all phases of interior construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards on all job sites.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and clients.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
  • Address and resolve any project-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Profile

A successful Construction Project Manager - Interiors should have:

  • Proven expertise in managing interior construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
