Lead Superintendent - Multifamily - Denver

We are seeking a Lead Superintendent with a passion for the Multifamily industry to oversee construction projects in Denver. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in managing all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.

Description

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
• Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
• Manage and supervise the work of subcontractors and staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant job site.
• Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures.
• Review and approve project plans and designs, and provide input on improvements when necessary.
• Communicate project progress and changes to stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Lead Superintendent should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent in the Multifamily construction industry.
• Proficient knowledge of building codes, safety laws, and regulations.
• Strong leadership, project management, and team building abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
