Lead Superintendent - Multifamily - Denver
We are seeking a Lead Superintendent with a passion for the Multifamily industry to oversee construction projects in Denver. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in managing all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.

Description
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
- Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
- Manage and supervise the work of subcontractors and staff.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant job site.
- Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures.
- Review and approve project plans and designs, and provide input on improvements when necessary.
- Communicate project progress and changes to stakeholders.

Profile
A successful Lead Superintendent should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent in the Multifamily construction industry.
- Proficient knowledge of building codes, safety laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership, project management, and team building abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
