We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of a $450M, 240-bed, ground-up Veterans Home in Holyoke, MA. This is a large-scale, multi-year project with significant long-term potential. As the Superintendent, you will manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project meets quality, budget, and schedule expectations.

Superintendent - Ground up, Commercial - Holyoke, MA - Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations on-site to ensure project milestones are met.
• Collaborate closely with the Sr. Superintendent and Sr. Project Manager for project coordination.
• Ensure the safety and compliance of all work done on-site, maintaining OSHA standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control efforts.
• Provide leadership and direction to on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure efficient and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper documentation through Procore and Bluebeam.

Profile

Superintendent - Ground up, Commercial - Holyoke, MA - Will have

• Significant experience in large, ground-up projects, especially multifamily or similar construction.
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and P6. CSL and OSHA 30 certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Ability to be on-site in Holyoke, MA, and manage local teams and subcontractors effectively.
