Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Hartford, CT - Responsibilities

• Serve as the Lead PM on commercial and affordable housing projects valued at $8M-$25M.

• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality delivery.

• Report directly to the Vice President of the company.

• Use tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to manage documentation, communication, and collaboration.

Profile

Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Hartford, CT - Will have

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a commercial general contractor.

• Proven experience leading projects over $8M.

• Comfortable using Procore and other modern construction technologies.

• Local to the Greater Hartford, CT area and able to commute to job sites across Connecticut.

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years in the industry.

• Successfully managed at least one project valued at $10M or more.

• Comfortable with technology, including joining Teams/Zoom meetings and using digital project tools.
