Senior Quality Engineer- Aerospace- Milford, NH
We're looking for a hands-on Quality Engineer to support our growing team with involvement in engineering and production tasks. Candidates should have a relevant engineering background and some experience in regulated environments.

Description
Drive cross-functional alignment by ensuring design and fabrication deliverables meet PMP requirements and approved data flow-downs, collaborating seamlessly between Engineering and Operations.
Design and deliver immersive training that equips new hires and existing team members for success in quality initiatives, making onboarding both effective and engaging.
Own system enhancements-proactively revamping processes and quality control systems to exceed standards and ensure continuous operational excellence.
Lead with autonomy, managing inspections, protocol improvements, and quality evaluations with minimal supervision and maximum impact.
Enforce vendor excellence by ensuring supplier alignment with quality flow-downs, reinforcing the integrity of every component and process.
Perform precision inspections, using advanced tools to validate parts against stringent requirements-safeguarding quality from start to finish.
Profile
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) with 2-5 years of experience in mechanical or quality engineering.
Work emphasizes mechanical/quality engineering domains.
