We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee high-profile healthcare projects from inception through completion in the Fort Lauderdale area. This role requires strong project management skills, healthcare construction experience, and a dedication to delivering excellence.

Description

  • Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure safety, compliance, and timely progress.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Report project status and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Mitigate risks and resolve any issues that may arise, maintaining project integrity and timelines.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing healthcare construction projects, with a strong understanding of healthcare-specific regulations and requirements.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and project tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
