Description

The Senior Director of Advanced Manufacturing will:

• Lead and execute a multi-site manufacturing strategy that aligns with company growth and customer demand.
• Establish and drive performance metrics (KPIs) such as OEE, yield, throughput, and on-time delivery to enable continuous improvement.
• Implement standardized operating processes across locations to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and capacity management to meet business objectives.
• Build and develop strong leadership teams while fostering a culture of operational excellence and accountability.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to drive integrated execution and solve complex challenges.
• Lead capacity expansion initiatives, including new program launches and scaling operations to support future growth.

Profile

The successful Senior Director of Advanced Manufacturing should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success leading multi-site manufacturing operations in complex or regulated industries.
• Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated financial acumen including budgeting, cost management, and ROI analysis.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision-making (Epicor experience a plus).
• Strong change management and transformation leadership skills, with the ability to drive large-scale operational improvements.
