Corporate Paralegal
This Corporate Paralegal role will be responsible for supporting attorneys by managing critical corporate governance, business planning, and transactional work. It's a fast‑paced, dynamic position ideal for a paralegal who thrives on responsibility, teamwork, and organizational excellence.

The client is a well-respected, tight-knit national law firm known for handling sophisticated corporate matters and offering a supportive, team‑driven culture. They value professionalism, precision, and proactive problem‑solving across all levels of the organization.
Description
- Drive key components of corporate governance, entity formation, and business structuring across multiple jurisdictions.
- Take ownership of drafting, organizing, and maintaining essential corporate documents that fuel fast‑moving transactions.
- Play a central role in due diligence, closing coordination, and multi‑step deal management.
- Leverage strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills to produce polished, accurate, and strategically important corporate paperwork.
Profile
- Must have 5+ years of experience in corporate governance, business planning, or transactional practice.
- Must have experience working at an Am Law 100 firm.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑intense environment, juggling multiple priorities with confidence.
- Strong cummunicatin skills and ability to collaborate and act as a team player.
- Has experience using Microsoft Word and Excel to streamline workflow.
- Holds a degree and/or paralegal certificate and carries themselves as a trusted, proactive partner to the legal team.
