The Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager will support project teams in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. Description

The Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager will:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and help manage cost controls.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
  • Participate in site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address questions and provide updates on project progress.
  • Identify and resolve project issues to minimize delays and risks.
  • Support senior project managers in various administrative and operational tasks.

Profile

A successful Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • A strong understanding of construction project management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Effective communication skills for working with clients, vendors, and teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
