Description
The APM is responsible for:
- Assisting Project Managers with day-to-day project activities
- Managing multiple electrical construction projects
- Servicing from contract to close out
- Reading drawings, planning procedures, producing submitals, change orders, etc.
- Obtaining all permit requirements
- Supervising, coordinating, and/or scheduling construction activities
- Attending project meetings
- Software: Timberline
Profile
The right candidate has the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the electrical space
- Construction related degree
- Familiar with Timberline (software)
- Commutable to North Shore - Chelmsford, MA
- Preferably experience in Higher Education/Institutional, Lab/Life science, and Healthcare sectors (not a dealbreaker)
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Go-getter mentality
