Description

• Oversee the entire construction lifecycle from pre-construction through completion.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and high-net-worth clients.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and ensure top-tier craftsmanship.
• Supervise field operations, ensuring smooth execution of luxury finishes.
• Handle problem-solving on-site and proactively manage potential delays or cost overrun

Profile

• Proven experience in high-end custom home construction, ideally managing projects $5M+.
• Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, materials, and construction techniques.
• Ability to manage both field and office operations, working closely with trades and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience with discerning homeowners.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and committed to delivering excellence.
