Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Description

• Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support procurement, permitting, and compliance processes.
• Attend site visits and progress meetings.
• Help prepare RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Maintain project records and ensure timely communication across stakeholders.

Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with tenant improvement or light industrial projects.
• Familiarity with construction documents, processes, and terminology.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
