Program Coordinator

Action Against Hunger is seeking a team member to provide data, project, and administrative support for the ongoing Salesforce implementation within their Fundraising Systems team. This role offers valuable experience coordinating a transformational project, working closely with internal teams and external partners to advance the organization's mission to end global hunger.

Description

• Provide data support by assisting with gift processing, data entry, and maintaining data quality within Salesforce.

• Coordinate project activities including scheduling meetings, monitoring project management tools, following up on tasks, and serving as the main contact for the Salesforce implementation partner.

• Deliver administrative support by updating and archiving fundraising procedures, documenting meeting action items, and ensuring smooth team communication.

• Collaborate closely with internal Fundraising Systems and Donor Marketing teams as well as external partners to ensure timely and accurate project progress.

Profile

• A detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• They have basic experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, demonstrate good problem-solving abilities, and handle sensitive information with discretion and emotional intelligence.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, they remain calm under pressure and are motivated by the mission to support a world free from hunger.
