Description

• Manage and administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Coach and manage one direct report.
• Prepare and analyze benefits data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication of benefits updates and changes to leaders.
• Oversee benefits enrollment processes and maintain accurate records.
• Support audits and reporting requirements as needed.
