Lead Superintendent - K-12/Municipal/Higher Ed - Dallas, TX
As a Lead Superintendent, you will be the primary on-site leader responsible for managing all field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate trade partners, support and develop field teams, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

A top-tier Texas-based general contractor with a strong presence across the Dallas-Fort Worth area is seeking a skilled Lead Superintendent to oversee large-scale, community-focused projects. This company has a proven track record of successfully delivering K-12 schools, municipal buildings, and higher education facilities - projects that make a lasting impact on local communities.

Description
- Direct all on-site activities from groundbreaking through final completion
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and construction schedules
- Enforce safety policies and promote a proactive safety culture throughout the jobsite
- Monitor project milestones and address issues to maintain timelines and budgets
- Serve as the main on-site liaison for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors
- Mentor and support assistant superintendents and other field leaders to build a strong team
Profile
- Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on large-scale K-12, municipal, or higher education projects
- Expertise in managing ground-up and renovation projects, with strong technical knowledge
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and trade partners
- Deep commitment to quality, safety, and fostering a collaborative work environment
Job Offer
- $135,000 - $165,000 base - dependent on experience
- $800/month truck allowance
