Superintendent (Night Shift)

We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Superintendent to oversee commercial interior fit-out projects, primarily for bank branches and ATM installations. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage fast-paced, high-volume projects across New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and parts of New York.

Our client is an employee-owned specialty general contractor, currently experiencing significant growth with regional offices across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. With a mid-sized team and a reputation for excellence, they specialize in commercial interiors, including a lot of bank work.

Description

• Supervise night shift operations for commercial interior projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

• Coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and maintain compliance with project specifications.

• Utilize Procore for project documentation and communication.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.

• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to ensure expectations are met.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with a strong background in commercial interiors.

• Currently working as a Superintendent for a general contractor (not an assistant or foreman).

• Proficient in Procore and familiar with fast-paced, high-volume project environments.

• Centrally located in New Jersey (Trenton/Princeton area) for easy access to multiple project sites.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
