Description

• Prepare accurate estimates for multiple retail and commercial projects simultaneously
• Manage 3-4 active estimates at a time with project values ranging from $1M-$5M
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work for completeness
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing using Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel
• Collaborate directly with internal teams and leadership during preconstruction
• Support a fast‑paced bid environment with typical project durations of ~3 months
• Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and standards

Profile

A successful Estimator - Retail & Restaurant Projects should have:

• • Strong background in construction cost estimation within the business services industry.
