Audit Manager - Retail Banking
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Audit Manager to oversee and improve our internal auditing procedures. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry and a proven track record in leading internal audit teams.

Description
- Oversee and manage comprehensive audits in the financial services sector.
- Develop and implement internal auditing policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other department heads to streamline auditing processes.
- Provide guidance and leadership to audit team members.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations in the financial services industry.
- Coordinate with external auditors as required.
- Participate in key business decisions as a member of the management team.

Profile
A successful Audit Manager should have:
- 4+ years of internal audit experience
- Experience in one of the following areas: retail banking, alpha regulations, corporate treasury, IRBB, liquidity risk or ALM
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of auditing principles and practices.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
