Antitrust Paralegal
This role involves supporting attorneys in the Antitrust & Competition Law practice across all phases of litigation, from case initiation through discovery, trial, and appeals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of litigation and trial procedures, along with knowledge of federal, state, and appellate court rules. Familiarity with multi-district and federal litigation is a plus.

Description
- Provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout litigation, including case setup, discovery, trial, and appeals.
- Collaborate across teams and levels to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality work.
- Manage documents and filings according to federal, state, U.S. District Court, and appellate court guidelines.
- Utilize various software tools for document management and legal research.
Profile
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an antitrust paralegal in a law firm setting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of court procedures and rules at the federal, state, and appellate levels.
- Availability to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Strong command of spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with federal and multi-district litigation in areas like antitrust, civil, and criminal law.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, though a high school diploma or equivalent, coupled with substantial relevant experience, is required.
- ABA-approved paralegal certification is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Zoom, and Teams.
- Experience with document management systems and Kiteworks is essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
Job Offer
- Hybrid schedule, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet project demands.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $29.00 - $58.00, dependent on experience.
