• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare codes and infection control protocols.
• Oversee procurement, change orders, and cost control measures.
• Lead project meetings and resolve issues proactively.

Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in commercial construction (healthcare preferred).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare construction standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software.

Job Offer
