Senior Project Manager - $20M Project Experience Needed

IMMEDIATELY looking for looking for someone to run the projects that range from $30-$50Million in South East Michigan. This Senior Project Manager will be on-site running the scheduling, handling subcontractors & keeping the project moving forward. MUST HAVE GROUND UP EXPERIENCE!

Projects : commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, recreation & municipal

Locations Served : S/E Michigan

Description

• Developing project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs
• Hosting regular project meetings with team members and managers
• Providing feedback, advice, project updates, and encouragement to team members
• Managing deadlines and ensuring timely project completion
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers as needed.​

• 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Ground up experience
• Commercial experience
• Procore
• Construction Management experience

Job Offer

• Base Salary : $130,000-$150,000 dependent on experience
• 3 weeks PTO
• Car allowance ($600/Month)
• 5-10% bonus
