Senior Billing Specialist - Elite/3E
Our client, a well-established law firm based in Matawan, NJ, is looking for an experienced Senior Billing Specialist. This is a temp role, and the successful candidate will have Elite/3E software experience and be immediately available to start a new role.
Client Details
Well-established law firm based in Matawan, NJ. This role is 2 days per week in office with 3 from home, and offers an individual with Elite or 3E software experience a chance to work on a collaborative team at a top legal firm.
Description
This role will involve:
- Extensive experience in Time Billing
- Handle eBilling submissions through various platforms
- Prepare and submit accurate client invoices in accordance with firm and client billing policies.
- Review time entries for compliance and completeness; make necessary edits or adjustments.
- Monitor billing status and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Elite system experience required
- 5-10 years experience within eBilling
- eBilling required - as we use many portals, so they want someone comfortable using a wide variety of eBilling portals.
- Strong BI tool usage (Tableau or Microsoft Power BI) is an advantage. Advanced Excel skill is a must have.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
- A resourceful problem solver when resources are scarce, and information is incomplete.
- Strong understanding of process and operations in a fast-paced business environment.
