Description
- Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects from planning through completion
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Oversee quality control and compliance with safety standards
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly
Profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a project manager
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
