Retail Superintendent - Southeast Travel

A well-established general contractor is expanding its Walmart remodel division and is hiring four Retail Superintendents to support a large rollout of projects across the Southeast. This is a travel-based role focused primarily on North and South Carolina, with consistent work throughout the year.

Client Details

The client is a reputable general contractor with a long-standing national retail program. Top retail company is a key client, with a strong backlog of remodel and ground-up projects scheduled to commence in May and continue steadily through the year.

Description

• Manage big grocery and retail remodel and/or ground-up projects
• Travel between projects (typically 3-month durations per site)
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site safety
• Complete night work as required by retail operations
• Report directly to the Senior Superintendent (Remodel Division)

Profile

• Proven grocery and retail construction experience
• Ground-up or remodel project background
• Based in NC, SC, or GA and open to regional travel
• Walmart certification strongly preferred
• Open to night work

Job Offer

Salary: $95,000-$105,000 base

• 10% annual bonus
• $40/day per diem
• $165/week truck allowance
