Retail Superintendent - Southeast Travel
A well-established general contractor is expanding its Walmart remodel division and is hiring four Retail Superintendents to support a large rollout of projects across the Southeast. This is a travel-based role focused primarily on North and South Carolina, with consistent work throughout the year.
Client Details
The client is a reputable general contractor with a long-standing national retail program. Top retail company is a key client, with a strong backlog of remodel and ground-up projects scheduled to commence in May and continue steadily through the year.
Description
- Manage big grocery and retail remodel and/or ground-up projects
- Travel between projects (typically 3-month durations per site)
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site safety
- Complete night work as required by retail operations
- Report directly to the Senior Superintendent (Remodel Division)
Profile
- Proven grocery and retail construction experience
- Ground-up or remodel project background
- Based in NC, SC, or GA and open to regional travel
- Walmart certification strongly preferred
- Open to night work
Job Offer
Salary: $95,000-$105,000 base
- 10% annual bonus
- $40/day per diem
- $165/week truck allowance
