My client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects within the modular DSA construction industry. This role is based in Santa Cruz and requires a detail-oriented professional to ensure successful project execution from inception to completion.

Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to streamline project execution.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Oversee procurement and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Implement best practices to optimize project outcomes and improve team efficiency.
