Project Manager | DSA Construction | Santa Cruz
My client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects within the modular DSA construction industry. This role is based in Santa Cruz and requires a detail-oriented professional to ensure successful project execution from inception to completion.

My client is a family-run, design-build General Contractor specializing in modular public works and DSA-governed education projects across Northern and Central California. Their work is primarily negotiated, not hard-bid, allowing them to be highly selective with our projects and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and trusted subcontractor partners.

Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to streamline project execution.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Oversee procurement and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Implement best practices to optimize project outcomes and improve team efficiency.
