Project Coordinator - Large Healthcare Projects in Boston
We are seeking a Project Administrator / Project Support Specialist to provide critical administrative and coordination support for a major healthcare development initiative. This role involves managing complex schedules, facilitating communication among senior stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project operations.

Description
- Coordinate time-sensitive meetings and events across multiple organizations
- Act as a professional point of contact for senior faculty, executives, and VIPs
- Organize project tours and stakeholder events, including safety onboarding
- Manage site access and vendor coordination for investigations and approvals
- Maintain project administration tools and provide document control support
- Assist with financial administration, including budget tracking and invoice reconciliation
- Prepare and update client reports and meeting documentation

Profile
A successful Project Administrator should have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or project coordination
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and professional discretion
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom
- Experience working with contractors, architects, and engineers; healthcare exposure is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred (or equivalent experience)
