IT Program Manager, ServiceNow SPM
We're hiring an IT Program Manager in NYC to lead upcoming changes within the ServiceNow SPM module. The role involves maintaining RAID logs, running working groups, tracking actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams - PMO experience highly preferred.

Description
Lead the enhancement of the ServiceNow SPM module across business and tech teams in a hybrid environment.
Plan and manage project execution, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination.
Maintain RAID logs, deliver weekly status reports, and run working groups to ensure program success.
Provide regular updates to senior management and oversee key stakeholder meetings and vendor resources.
Profile
7-10 years of experience in project management with strong skills in delivery, risk, and stakeholder management.
Proven ability to manage ServiceNow SPM and PMO-related programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to lead meetings and provide clear, actionable direction.
Highly adaptable and motivated with strong leadership and prioritization skills.
