Description

The Superintendent will:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project goals are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes at all times.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide on-site teams to enhance performance and productivity.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:
