Construction Project Manager - Healthcare Interiors
This role will oversee the full project lifecycle for a fast‑moving medical office interior fit‑out, ensuring alignment across budget, schedule, quality, and field operations. You will work closely with senior leadership and the on‑site Superintendent to deliver a smooth, timely, and high‑quality project execution.

Description
- Manage the full project lifecycle for a 20,000 sq ft medical office interior fit‑out
- Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and cost tracking
- Coordinate closely with the Superintendent and ensure seamless communication with field teams
- Lead subcontractor selection, onboarding, and contract administration
- Maintain rigorous documentation and ensure adherence to medical office interior quality standards
- Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports
- Prepare stakeholders for a multi‑step interview and decision‑making process with senior leadership
- Drive accountability across all project phases from shell (already complete) to full interior turnover
Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on medical office or hospital interior projects
- Strong tenure and stability across past roles
- Excellent communication, scheduling, cost‑management, and subcontractor‑coordination skills
- Confidence engaging directly with senior leadership during multi‑round interviews
- Ability to oversee fast‑paced fit‑out work and maintain precision under pressure
