Construction Project Manager - Healthcare Interiors

This role will oversee the full project lifecycle for a fast‑moving medical office interior fit‑out, ensuring alignment across budget, schedule, quality, and field operations. You will work closely with senior leadership and the on‑site Superintendent to deliver a smooth, timely, and high‑quality project execution.

Description

• Manage the full project lifecycle for a 20,000 sq ft medical office interior fit‑out
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and cost tracking
• Coordinate closely with the Superintendent and ensure seamless communication with field teams
• Lead subcontractor selection, onboarding, and contract administration
• Maintain rigorous documentation and ensure adherence to medical office interior quality standards
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports
• Prepare stakeholders for a multi‑step interview and decision‑making process with senior leadership
• Drive accountability across all project phases from shell (already complete) to full interior turnover

Profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on medical office or hospital interior projects
• Strong tenure and stability across past roles
• Excellent communication, scheduling, cost‑management, and subcontractor‑coordination skills
• Confidence engaging directly with senior leadership during multi‑round interviews
• Ability to oversee fast‑paced fit‑out work and maintain precision under pressure
