Legal Secretary
This role will be responsible for supporting a high-volume Trusts & Estates practice, handling client communications, document preparation, billing, scheduling, and administrative tasks with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills, confidentiality awareness, and experience in legal or administrative support.

The client is a well-established law firm that handles a high volume of client interactions and legal matters, particularly in Trust and Estate law. They value professionalism, discretion, and proactive support to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client service.
Description
This role will handle a high volume of client communication, schedule appointments, prepare documents, manage attorney time entries, and assist with billing and calendar maintenance. They will also support special projects, maintain client records, and work collaboratively with the office team while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and strong organizational efficiency.
Profile
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and willing to learn firm-specific software
- Discreet and trustworthy, with a strong sense of client confidentiality
- Comfortable working independently under pressure
- Experienced (preferably) in Trust and Estate lawA team player who collaborates well with office staff
- Flexible and available to work overtime when needed
Job Offer
- A salary range of $55,000 to $70,000, based on experience
- Eligibility for overtime pay (non-exempt role)

- A standard thirty-five (35) hour work week
