Facility Manager - Management Systems PM
A client is seeking a managerial candidate to provide high-level technology and administrative support for the Firm's facility management systems, ensuring all systems run smoothly and troubleshooting issues with internal teams and vendors. Additionally, it involves leading projects, managing vendor relationships, overseeing system performance, and analyzing data to inform decision-making while coordinating training and resource allocation for staff across multiple offices.

Description
- Oversees and ensures the daily operation of the Firm's facility management systems, including FMS Workplace, lighting, mail, and building management systems.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting system issues, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve problems.
- Reviews equipment parameters and uses data analytics (Bonfire) to assess and troubleshoot systems performance.
- Leads departmental initiatives, manages vendor relationships, negotiates service agreements, and coordinates supplies across offices.
- Develops training sessions, anticipates resource needs, and ensures effective communication with management and external partners.
Profile
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH AUTOCAD AND SOME TYPE OF FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
- Proficient in software such as Outlook, Excel (including PivotTables, Filters, Conditional Formatting), PowerPoint, and capable of learning new systems; experienced with AutoCAD, CAFM systems, Bonfire Analytics, and building management systems.
- Skilled in managing and programming lighting systems and using shipping systems/software.
- Demonstrates flexibility, attention to detail, and effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management abilities with the capacity to handle sensitive matters and work under pressure.
- Holds an Associate's degree and at least five years of related experience, preferably in facility management systems and data analysis within a professional services environment.
