Description

• Manage all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
• Coordinate external audits and prepare necessary documentation

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 5+ years of experience in accounting
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience managing a team of accountants/AR/AP
