In this role, the Senior Electrical Engineer will:
- Lead engineering projects through all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Design and validate analog and digital circuits, including power electronics.
- Perform detailed analyses such as thermal, electrical stress, and EMI compliance.
- Develop technical specifications and present findings at design reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to proposals and cost estimates.
- Provide hands-on support for new and legacy products using diagnostic tools.
Profile
A successful Senior Electrical Engineer will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 7-10 years' experience in analog/digital circuit design and power electronics.
- Expertise in MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, GaN devices and EMI compliance standards.
- Familiarity with MIL-STD and DO-160 specifications and DC/DC converters.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (LT-Spice, P-Spice, OrCAD) and motor control simulation.
- Strong knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, RS232/422/485, Ethernet).
- U.S. person status or eligibility for required licensing.
