Client Details
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate with subcontractors, ensure adherence to safety standards, manage project budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our construction team.
Description
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and compliance with building codes.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably with a general contractor.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
