Description
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and budget.
- Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections.
- Maintain construction schedules and coordinate material deliveries.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with plans and standards.
- Resolve on-site issues and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Maintain daily logs, reports, and project documentation.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams to achieve project goals.
Profile
- 4+ years of field experience with a General Contractor
- Preferred understanding of CM at Risk work
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field highly desirable however not required
- Applicable project management software proficiency (Procore, Autodesk, CMiC, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective team-building skills to support a positive team atmosphere
- Great relationships with local subcontractors and trade partners preferred
- A strong understanding of building structures (concrete, structural steel, etc.)
Job Offer
- Base salary contingent on experience 100-140K
