Description

• Lead all phases of project management from preconstruction through closeout.

• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, schedules, and contract compliance.

• Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, city officials, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely completion.

• Prepare reports, manage documentation, and maintain open communication with clients and senior leadership.

• Proactively resolve challenges to deliver projects on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a Project Manager role.

• Proven track record managing NYC public sector projects (SCA, DDC, DASNY, or similar).

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgets, and scheduling.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client communication skills.

• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Primavera, etc.).
