Description
Manage multiple commercial and industrial TI/remodel projects from kickoff through closeout.
Drive schedules, budgets, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate daily with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep work moving.
Run client communication and maintain strong relationships throughout each project.
Create accurate estimates and assist with preconstruction planning.
Oversee documentation, change orders, and project reporting to keep stakeholders aligned.
Profile
The ideal candidate brings 2-7+ years of commercial construction experience and a strong understanding of remodels or tenant improvement work. They're a proactive, high‑energy PM who thrives in fast‑moving environments, communicates clearly, builds strong relationships, and takes full ownership of project outcomes. They're comfortable coordinating with field teams, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to estimating, with a mindset geared toward growth, accountability, and teamwork.
