Description
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initial planning to final implementation, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Allocate resources strategically to optimize workflow, budget, and timelines for assigned projects.
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Negotiate with contractors to secure competitive pricing and cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that align with original plans, specifications, and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address challenges, and implement improvements.
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Lead project meetings to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Profile
- 7-10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in related fields, demonstrating expertise in overseeing complex projects.
- Healthcare or Education project experience preferred, with a strong understanding of industry-specific requirements and regulations.
- Proficiency in construction management software, ensuring efficient project tracking, scheduling, and communication.
- Strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive project success.
- Excellent negotiation skills, adept at securing favorable contracts, managing costs, and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Highly deadline-driven and detail-oriented, ensuring precise execution, compliance, and timely project completion.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and best practices to uphold workplace safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with teams, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and efficiency.
Job Offer
